Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vuda Studio. The following terms and conditions outline our shipping policy for all orders placed through our website. Please read them carefully.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment verification.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or major sales events, processing times may be extended. Any such delays will be communicated on our website.
For Custom/Made-to-Order Products:
Processing times for customized items (e.g., qutities, special sizes) will vary and are clearly stated on the respective product pages.
2. Shipping Destinations & Shipping Costs
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to over 150 countries worldwide. Shipping availability will be automatically checked at checkout based on your shipping address.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on the selected shipping method, the weight and dimensions of your products, and the destination country.
The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s official website (e.g., DHL, UPS, Fedex) for real-time updates on your shipment's status.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days after your order has been confirmed, please check your spam folder or contact us at info.vbuda@gmail.com.
4. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
Please note that all delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
- Inclement weather, natural disasters, or global health crises.
- Peak holiday seasons causing carrier backlogs.
- Local postal service delays.
While we cannot be held liable for delays caused by these factors, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your package and communicating with the carrier.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
- For all international orders, you, the customer, are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.(Products for which we seller handle customs clearance and taxes, along with their shipping methods, will be clearly described in the corresponding product links.)
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Payment of these charges is required when your package arrives in your country.
- If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned to us, we will have to deduct the original shipping cost and a restocking fee from your refund.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Undeliverable Packages
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you have entered a wrong address.
- Lost in Transit: If your package has not arrived within 30days of the shipment date and tracking has not updated, please contact us. We will initiate a trace investigation with the shipping carrier.
- Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the item is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or arranging for a replacement.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: Packages that are unclaimed, returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs fees will be eligible for a refund, minus the original shipping costs and any return fees incurred.
